Alyssa and James got married at Gin Creek in Georgia. I saw acres and acres of crops of plants blooming pink and white flowers and I spent my time pulling into the venue wondering what was being grown (it was cotton). The venue already felt magical before I even pulled in, but when I saw the venue I squealed! Acres of vineyards, historic houses, beautiful ponds, a 412 year old oak tree, its all a photographer can dream of. And every detail was thoughtful and meaningful. It was a day of love, emotion and sentiment. The bride's dress had a blue heart sewed in that was a part of her grandmother's prom dress! There was so much thought and love that went into the details of the wedding. I teared up when the couples' parents joined them on the first dance and the DJ announced that both parents had been together over twenty years. But then that sweet moment turned into the party that was going to define the rest of the night as they all did a history of dance routine that tore the place down! Despite the heat and the rain, nothing was going to stop the fun!
